YELLOW FEVER VACCINE CERTIFICATE

Yellow fever vaccination is required for travellers having transited more than 12 hours through the airport of a country with risk of yellow fever transmission (listed below). Every traveller from, or in transit directly to Malaysia from countries listed below, is required to have a valid new International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis (Yellow Fever Vaccination Card) with advanced security features, produced by National Primary Health Care Development Agency. The card must proof that yellow fever vaccination has been administered at a World Health Organisation (WHO) approved Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre at least ten (10) days prior entering Malaysia.

Travellers or delegates without a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate shall be quarantined upon arrival in Malaysia for a period not exceeding 6 days. Yellow Fever Vaccine certificate is required to be produced upon landing in Malaysia from travellers who travel from or in transit from countries as listed below:
